Family feasting

Spotted these while doing various chores in the kitchen.  Other neighbours claim they have no starlings visit their gardens.  Meanwhile our garden is noisy with their squawking on the ground and feeder.  I'm replenishing food daily.  But I'm keen to encourage them as they are on the red in terms of conservation status.
