Friday: Red

I was working from home this morning and had intended to do so for the day, but did have to pop into the office this afternoon to deal with something that came up unexpectedly.  It wasn’t too onerous, though.  

The boys came round for dinner and K cooked up a splendid pork roast, complete with crackling.  Last time they came we, rather embarrassingly, ran out of wine……although, in all fairness, we did have, what we thought, was sufficient.  Today we made sure to buy extra.  That went too - if it’s in the house we’ll obviously drink it.

To describe my knowledge of plants as ‘rubbish’ would make it sound better than it is so please feel free to educate me.
