Saint John, New Brunswick

Another beautiful day weather-wise!  Today we are visiting Saint John in New Brunswick, and I went on an excursion with a professional photographer to various fascinating sites where he gave us all some great advice and information.

This is LePreau Falls, just outside of Saint John.  Very scenic!  We also visited the reversing falls when tons and tons of ocean water flood in at high tide, and push the current of  the river waters backwards -- an amazing sight. 

Extras:  Mr. W examining the contents of a tide pool, fishing boats moored at Dipper Harbour, and a scallop caught in some scallop dragger/nets at Dipper Harbour.  Oh!  and one more ... an enormous fellow playing (very badly) the bagpipes on the pier as we departed, accompanying AC/DC which was blasting out of that enormous amp behind him!
