Park Life

A warm day with a blustery wind.  After watching the Men's Elite Triathlon race on BBC1 A & I decided, just like that, to motor over toward Roundhay Park to watch the Women's Elite starting at 15.45. We parked within walking distance of Princes Ave, walked across Soldiers Field to watch the cycling, whoosh!  We retraced our steps to watch the closing stages.  I changed lenses but find the focus and sharpness are poor in the second image.

The main blip shows cyclists on the second leg of the Leeds Triathlon, this chasing pack shows Potter (GBR) and Beaugrand (FRA).

In the extra  Cassandre Beaugrand (FRA)is leading,  ahead of second-place Georgia Taylor-Brown (GBR) running alongside team mate Sophie Coldwell(3rd).

I had to severely edit the images (deleted 50) as I took so many snaps today, the cycling was so thrilling.
