Rainy sofa day

What is this weather?! Really windy last night and today so we’ve lost some vegetables, although the walled garden does protect the plants from the worst of it. S and I set off for a walk when the sun briefly came out but we didn’t get very far, I decided it was a bit risky walking on the track which is lined by very old trees, all prone to falling. We headed back to the garden and played in the polytunnel, I gave it a really good tidy. We spent the rest of the day mostly on the sofa watching Wallace and Gromit. I built S a den with the clothes prop which she loved, she took nearly every soft toy she owns into the den and covered them all with blankets.
