Fat loaf
Just a teeny loaf, 300g flour, and it fitted beautifully into a small banneton I have had for ages. It also tipped out really nicely...I feared it might stick but no. And you can just about see the basket ridges.
It's not a sour dough recipe though.... Do the ridges hold better in a sour dough?
