Rescue!

We were heading to walk at Tramore, when nead the turn  off to Rosbeg pier, we saw a gannet on the road. It was obviously injured, so using some old towels Michael caught it & we called with a local who we know rescued a gannet before. He loaned us a small crate & contacted the rescue lady. We then took if to Donegal town cat rescue, to be collected by the rescue that will hopefully treat it. As yet we haven't an update.
The rescue mission meant our walking plans were changed & we missed the best part of the day weather wise, I got drenched walking later.
