Practice in Zuanich Park

Off we went this afternoon to Zuanich Park. We were both ready to get away from my place. It was cool and cloudy with a stiff breeze. As usual on a weekend day there were kite flyers including four people practicing with big kites, learning to control them. I think they will use them as locomotion in some way. Shelly walked quite a distance to a bench where we could enjoy the scene. On the way home we stopped for a late afternoon dinner at The Filling Station, a hamburger joint near where we live. It was great to be out together.
