Reach For The Sky

Another day of not doing much…. apart from a 3.5 mile walk. The sky cleared briefly while I was out and i was able to catch this bunch of common hogweed flowers (with a bonus bug) towering above the rest of the vegetation on the verge of the bridleway. There were some very faint wispy clouds up there!! I have also added an extra of some barley which caught my eye as it was the only green ear in amongst the rest that are beginning to ripen and brown.

Mrs madwill has arranged for us to take the guest cats to the vet tomorrow for vaccinations - (something they have not had regularly before). I am hoping we will be able to catch them and get them into carriers!! We are in discussions with our son about their future - he has offered to re-home them.
