Joan’s rose

When we moved here lots of people brought us plants for the garden. Some were cuttings from their own gardens and some, like this rose, came from a nursery.

Joan used to be our landlady when we temporarily rented a house in Allerwash. We became good friends. This is Joan’s rose and it continues to delight over 20 years since it was planted.

I had a physio session this afternoon. I wanted to know how best to keep Arth moving forwards. I have new exercises and lots more hope again.

Then I hit M & S to collect cotton vests and a food shop. The food was very tempting!
