Lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer!

A lot of cloud today and nowhere near as warm, sunnier in the afternoon.

A busy day, had to be in Southend for a blood test at 9.30 and then to meet my friends for a walk at 10.15 also had a coffee, then a visit to the dentist at 11.45!  The  dentist was just a check up but I'm going back on Wednesday to see the hygenist.
In the afternoon I saw a friend and then met K at the nature reserve, where I took the blip, did some food shopping on the way home and K came round for dinner this evening.  Not a brilliant entry for the challenge but I didn't really have a lot of time to give to it!
