this morning i spent at least an hour on the phone for changing an insurance policy….now i’ve been waiting for a phone call from a nurse since early this morning (it’s 2.45)…in the mean time done some photocopying and printing….
and 
been entertained by a starling family…se extra…..their were at least 8 in total….i just caught this one being fed….
