Grey Heron

We have the school run today so only one visit to the loch. The young one flew down from the dovecote and met me at the entrance. I made sure she got a good feed before she flew back to the water. The older female was there and the young one is happy eating with her around. Then it was off to find the male. I just love how he makes such a noise to let me know he is coming before he appears usually totally dishevelled! Then it was back home. The crow got a bit of whitebait and several biscuits.
