Blueberries

I wasn't going to net anything this year. It's always a lot of faff at a busy time of the growing season, I frankly couldn't be bothered - plus I'm not entirely against the idea of sharing (some) fruit with birds...

So of course all my soft fruit got eaten!

I then netted my potted blueberry bush by the pond with jute netting I had in the shed (hate the horrible plastic stuff!) because it's the first year it's cropped and I wouldn't want to miss the taste of homegrown blueberries.
