Today's the day ......................... to dry in the sunshine

It's that wonderful time of the year, when the elderflower is blooming everywhere.

So, in this house, there will be a production line of elderflower wine - and elderflower cordial, which in turn will lead to elderflower posset.  This is what Will collected today, drying in the sun before it will be made into wine.

The only thing missing for you here, is the intoxicating elderflower aroma - the very essence of summer .......................
