Elegance @ No 8

This lovely big villa is on a tree lined side street not far from the shops.  It is Edwardian and completed in 1910 for George Kidd, a gentleman of leisure who later became Mayor of Richmond.   I am running out of house songs so found this one for the trees.  Crowded house are well know in New Zealand but I didn't know this song.  It is pretty.
