Expressionist Art

It's late and it was a long day... but we walked past the Hariri bomb sight today and up to American University Beirut then through Hamra to John and Jamie's. We ate at a fantastic Lebanese restaurant tonight, it is owned by some people that are not globally popular but it was incredible for people watching and occasionally recognizing the truth of who holds the grip of power on this country.

I found this painted on the wall between the Cornish and Bliss Street. I love that this is a graffiti campaign in the city... It is a city that needs a little more of all four of these things.
