I decided to treat myself and visited the National Portrait Gallery at lunchtime. The main event was an Annie Lennox exhibition, but there was also a fascinating set of photographs by Edith Tudor-Hart taken before and after the Second World War. They're very different, but I thought some of the pictures taken by Tudor-Hart were really powerful; whereas I found myself nitpicking at perceived technical mistakes with the Lennox photographs. Apart from the Pamela Hanson portraits, which were faultless.
This subject was taken on the way back to the office. Really liked her colourful hair style.
