Feeling Poorly

Not me, but our daughter, who has been too ill to attend school for the past couple of days. She seems a lot better now and should be able to make it for tomorrow's lessons but hopefully she won't do anything too strenuous. Obviously, this was also a good opportunity for some over the top lighting.

I actually had a rather pleasant run at lunchtime today. A bit breezy, but the sun was out which meant I didn't have to do a mad sprint at the start to warm myself up.
