so pleased the pills are doing their work…..pain a lot less…this morning my hairdresser came and cut it nicely short again….

beside shopping i have not been and late afternoon 30 minute in the sun i’ve not been out…..for my blip i i took a photo with laboscope (an app) of my dinner….
it was super nice…..bean and salmon salad….just the ticket for hot days……..
