what a wonderful day weather wise….it was nice to be a bit cool….i enjoyed watching Trooping of the Colour.
i seem to have no drive at all  at the moment ……not sure if i just need to go with the flow or push myself a bit…..i am a bit afraid to make it worse now the headache is getting less…..

yesterday i had a phonecall from the optician telling me my new specs are ready….when i told them about the situation they offered to come and fit them at home one evening after closure time next week…….i so hope they do! ….no it’s not specsavers….:):)

the blip is of an exercise book in which i write things that make me happy….i started it years ago and came to 1200…..and started again, now very intermittently @ 141…
