Car-nage.

Hadn't expected to be driving for quite so long on our journey to Scotland, the photo is what a lot of the journey involved.

We set out from mine around 10ish expecting to arrive around 9pm not knowing that the M6 would be closed.

Stopped for lunch in Knutsford then began to encounter issues. RF was fantastic at trying different routes and we did manage to get out of static traffic and driving across open moorland through Bowland Forest. Saw some great views and finally arrived at Loch Rannoch at midnight!!
