Poppy

Long time since I've blipped a flower for the sake of it. A dramatically different day to yesterday, with the heat and humidity replaced by chill winds and rain. Climate chaos seems to have arrived.

This is in our back garden, a return from dropped seed in previous years. Poppies only really grow in disturbed land, but all of our beds are regularly disturbed by the head gardener. No-one say anything about disturbed head gardeners...

I thought I'd drop in the extra too. A quite decent shot of yesterday's Marsh Harrier as it flew past me just as we were leaving. For KF because of closeness, and for stevvi because hey, it's got space ahead of it. ;-)
