1/2 Marachino Liqueur
1 teaspoon Absinthe
2 dash Angastura Bitters
Stirred over ice

We stalled in our alphabetical cocktail tour as not sure about this one! Not a summery drink but as the weather reversed today we thought we’d go for it. OK, would not have again!

Feel a bit down today, not sure why, maybe just poor sleep due to the extreme heat last night.
