Canal Festival

We had a very good day celebrating The Canal Festival.  The festival has been much extended and has now moved from just being in The Lochrin Basin, to all the way down to Shandon.  So many people took part in many different ways-charities, churches, galleries, business people, community groups and the boating fraternity all participated.  
We again sold many cakes and made a very respectable sum of money.  Many volunteering hours were worked by us all today and we are feeling it tonight!
