Newburgh links golf course

As Sir Winston Churchill once said:

"Golf is a game whose aim is to hit a very small ball into an even smaller hole, with weapons singularly ill-designed for the purpose."

But for me, Mark Twain hit the nail on the head when it comes to the idiocy of golf:

"Golf is a good walk spoiled."

I am intrigued by the two vertical pillars of light ascending from the club house.
