Spot the Spitfire!

London Southend Airport reported earlier today that  a Spitfire would be flying over the airport this afternoon, so as we are on the flight path I was ready on our flat roof...so it flew over the front of our house not back as I hoped for!! So I just grabbed 1 photo over the roof, and had to use Snapsed to get a better image! Still good to see though!

Epic thunderstorm here last night which was fun to watch - spot of gardening this morning before I ran out of energy so an afternoon of reading and watching cricket has been called for! Dad has had a lovely Father's Day too - very happy with the retro sweets I got him including flying saucers and sherbet fountains! Hope he shares haha
