Clean and tidy.

He’s usually a mucky pup, but this is Noo looking squeaky clean - fresh out of the tub.
He’s had a busy day - school, multi skills, a bit of ‘flaygrounding’……

I’ve had a busy day too - trying to organise / coordinate my mum’s appointments between my own. She’s getting herself into a tizzy, but I think I’d be the same.

I couldn’t run until late afternoon, by which time it was scorchio
