Interviews

I was interviewing today and it turned out to be a bit of a waste of time. Some applicants just didn't turn up - no email or phone call.. and sadly none of the applicants who did turn up, have the required set of skills. One was close but I wasn't prepared to take the risk. Pre-covid, we would have had well over 50 applicants for a job like the one we were interviewing for, now we only had just over 10. 
Despite the weather being stunning, my only outing was tonight with Django.
