Distillery

Coffee with Jacqui this morning in her sun-trap garden. The hottest day of the year here, a real scorcher, and it wasn't long before we retreated in to the shade!

A 'bitty' sort of afternoon, frustrating in the sense that I was constantly busy but didn't seem to achieve anything tangible. 

Out for a short walk down to the river this evening, passing the Ad Gefrin distillery construction site on the way home. The buildings have progressed hugely in the last year, but I suspect it will be a small miracle if the distillery is fully open in "Autumn 2022". News of its coming already seems to be spreading far and wide - we've already had requests from friends to come and stay when it's open!
