Juvenile Goldfinch

One of the  birds queuing up for a turn at the bird feeder.
This morning I have had visits from adult Goldfinches, Sparrows, a Great Tit, a male Bullfinch and a Robin .... I don't include pigeons in my garden visitors. The Great Tit, Robin and Bullfinch just grab a seed and don't hand about to get their photo taken.

Minimal packing done for our brief visit through to Elie from this evening until Sunday. The important things to remember are my walking pole, camera and extra batteries for our trip to May Isle on Saturday. Fingers crossed for a calm crossing from Anstruther. 

Gardening boys came this morning and what a wonderful job they have done. It would take me days to do what they can do in an hour.
