Alchemy

Now it's been a couple of years since I last brewed my own hooch but after heading out for a walk with Mrs R today and enjoying the wonderful smell of the elderflower, a thought occurred to me to get some "champagne" made.

Ingredients were sourced and the brewing process started this evening. Now I just have to ensure that I don't bottle it too quickly or there might just be a repeat performance of this Crazy Scene!!
