IMPERIAL MEASUREMENTS

Today was spent emptying out the cellar and two garages at Mum's house - hot, heavy and dirty work with lots of added spiders. We took lots of loads of rotten wood, bits of old metal, dozens of ancient beer bottles used by my sister in her pre-teen ginger-beer making days (extra) and general rubbish to the local recycling centre. The blips show that much of it had been there for more than 50 years.
