Orkney - the Standard

A twelve and a half mile stravaig today with Sue, Bunty and CMC.  Quite dull all day; but never  a dull moment.  Nobody agreed with Bunty when she felt that stoicism is akin to drinking Horlicks.  At times it’s wise not to make eye contact.


The Standard is wisely avoided by fishermen.  It’s seen very rarely by the vast majority of Orcadians.
