spinach and cheese burek.

On the pack of filo pastry it said "ideal for burek". This was obviously short for "not really ideal for burek as the sheets are totally the wrong shape" but that wasn't clear to me at the time. However, visuals don't effect taste in this case :-)

Today we got a request to send a representative to speak at a conference in Bosnia and Herzegovina in October. I have volunteered for this arduous task, so keep your fingers crossed for me.
