A public artwork opening and talk with poet Gabrielle Barnby, artist Orla Stevens 'and friends' this afternoon to mark International Refugee Week and supporting the Ukraine crisis appeal.
It was a lovely afternoon but the speakers still had to compete with the noise of passing ships, motor traffic, the sea and rustling leaves.
