River South Tyne

Today I drove north and I'm staying on the edge of Haltwhistle, Northumberland. The weather's been a bit on the dodgy side since I got here which didn't make it too great for pitching a tent. That was a bright idea but I decided to do it when we had a heat wave! any way I'm pitched up and cosy but wifi is very poor so I don't know how much I'll be able to communicate while I'm here. 

Hadrians Wall is on my doorstep so I'm looking forward to seeing a bit of that over the next few days. After a long drive and getting the tent sorted in the rain I've only taken a few pictures of the River at the edge of the campsite as the sun was going down.
