I’ve missed London architecture…..

I spent my various breaks trying to ring Air Canada to see if I could make progress on the baggage situation.  The lost luggage line has now stopped taking calls or putting people on hold due to ‘high volume of calls’.  That’s exactly the way to deal with it!  Looking online, it seems Air Canada is doing appallingly badly on lost luggage at the moment.

After the course, I met up with my good friend, WendsWanders.  We had a good dinner, a lovely catch-up and a nice walk along the river.  It’s always such a treat to get together.
