Mystery picture

When I bought my easel, this oil painting was included in the purchase price, and was apparently on the easel when it was '"discovered" in the Loire Valley. There's no artist's signature, and it's hardly a masterpiece, but it's been balancing on a shelf in the kitchen since it arrived and I've grown to quite like it!

A day spent mostly catching up on housework and other boring tasks. Had intended to get out for a walk but left it too late, and couldn't raise the enthusiasm once the rain set in.
