Skopelos Harbour & Old Town

After breakfast this morning, we walked into town to investigate booking one or two trips we want to do while here.

We walked the length of the seafront to the very end of the harbour wall where I took this view looking back towards the old town.

In extras is a closer view of the church at the far right of the main blip, the Church of the Virgin Mary, with its Panagista Tower.

We then walked to the other end of the seafront and sat outside a cafe for an iced coffee, from where I took the second extra of the ferry as it docked.

We spent the afternoon by the pool and on our room patio, swimming and reading.

This evening we ate a (rather too) enormous meze dinner involving 4 different salads, roasted pepper and cheese and a plate of the usual Greek grilled meats beneath the plane tree in Platanos Square.
