Slowly and gently

Today Mum would have been 93 years old. I've missed her more than usual. Maybe because it's her birthday or maybe because of my concussion.

She'd be pleased I was able to spend some time in my garden today. My balance seems fine as is getting up and down. She'd like that her favourite Cecil Brunner rose is included in today's blip.

Today's gratitude: For improvement. My slowly and gently approach is working.
