House building

A sunny spring day, and the magpies nest in the tree out the back is looking pretty big. Have they added a new extension for the expected new arrivals? The sunny weather reminded me of another sunny afternoon, three years ago exactly, when we arrived in Paris on a warm afternoon at the start of our two week visit. P and I wondered round the Marais, spending time in the Places des Vosges where so many people were out enjoying the spring sunshine. Tonight L is back on stage for the second Edinburgh performance of Boston Marriage. They are expecting a pretty full house tonight. Last night was 'so-so' - the change of venue led to a few 'issues', which is a pity, because there were a couple of reviewers in last night who saw a poorer performance than Saturday's. Still, I'm sure they'll iron out the problems tonight and it will be a great show.
