STOP

On Newhaven Road, on a sunny evening.
Strange to think that exactly four years ago I was in Paris, having just arrived with the rest of my college classmates for our two week stay. No pictures on day one but, as it turned out, retrospective backblips from the next day onwards. On that first Saturday, after checking into the hotel P and I went out into the Marais, and spent some time in a crowded Place des Vosges, with so many people out enjoying the sunshine. Later on we met up with some of the others and after an 'interesting' evening dining experience we spent the evening in a few of the bars in the Bastille area. Good times. And it seems at once both like it was yesterday and decades ago.
