Northward Bound

So with the youngest on his penultimate day on his mammoth walk, it was time to journey northwards to pick him up and bring him home.

We paused our journey of at a rather "posh stop" on the A9, The House of Bruar.

It's always good for a look around at stuff that the ordinary bud will just leave well alone but some food was enjoyed (big bowl of tasty soup).

Onward to our BnB at Dingwall via Inverness where we shall then head up to John O Groats tomorrow to meet the "wanderer".

Twill be good to see him again!!
