LEJOG... the End

So after 86 days and 1300 miles of walking, the journey from Land's End to John O Groats has finally come to an end for my youngest son, Jonathan.

Myself and Mrs R headed up North to be there when he reached the finishing point.

We ended up there a little early so we met up with him on the John O Groats trail and walked the last half mile with him which was fab.... apart from the really heavy rain which lashed down for about 5 mins and left us all soaking wet.

Pictures taken and bubbly opened and dually sprayed all over him.

Then it was a nice long drive back home and a time for Jonathan to recall the adventures that he has enjoyed!!
