Walk

I had BP at 9.30 but No1 suggested a walk first thing. We walked at 7.15 and the sun was warm. Back to change and head off to the gym while No1 and JC worked from home. I met up with J after BP and we had a cup of tea and long chat. I went to senior school with J and knew she lived locally but not aware she was a member of the same gym. Good to catch up and amazed she has 8 grandchildren - I have some catching up to do!

Nothing much else today - I sat in the garden relaxing with a book. Perfect summer afternoon.
