Blackpool

We surprised L by taking her down to Blackpool for the day seeing as we were only an hour away.

We struck lucky with the weather as it was a scorcher albeit windy and my wee napper got a tad burnt. It was quite busy with what look liked lots of school trips from English schools.

We did ok though and got round most of what we wanted to do. We had the obligatory Kentucky Derby in which we all get rather competitive and is always fun.

After the park closed we went for dinner at Casa Franco then had a nice walk along the beach.
