Nearly finished

A full day but without the incessant pressure of the last couple of weeks. Called in at Western Springs Lake on the way home to have a walk and get a photo. Or Two as it happens. The two extras are from the lakeside. The Australasian Coot was limping and its right leg seems slightly deformed. I wonder if it survived an attack by an eel. The Pukeko was seeking out succulent roots to eat.

The main photo I took after getting home. It's a picture of the south east side of the house with the new roofing iron. The dormer has been reclad using the same iron. The roofers worked hard most of the day trying to get as much done as possible, as it is likely to be raining again tomorrow.
