MU Summer Surprise

It was the Mothers Union Summer Surprise tonight. Tea and scones, with jam and cream followed by some entertainment from a surprise guest. 

Our guest this year was Roger Johnson, a BBC Presenter from North West Tonight. He rang earlier to say that he was going to be delayed. His programme was being put back due to extended news because of the PM's resignation. It was worth waiting for though. He was a great speaker and shared insights on what it is like to be a news presenter and some of the stories he's covered.
