Last time

Almost three hours to get there left me thinking that visit to RHS Hampton Court was a bad idea! Traffic was awful and we crawled the last two miles. Called into M&S for picnic bits which as a much better idea than queuing for food. The plant displays were good but it seems to be more about retail opportunities than horticulture? I declined a glass of fizz or Pimms as combined with the heat would almost certainly meant a headache. We left at a sensible time and I was back home in time to water the garden. OH home from a good day at Brockett Hall playing golf. Omelette and relaxing tv completed the evening. I’m not sure I’ll go back - having visited over the last few years I think it’s a case I’d ‘been there, done that’.
